Our History

Halstatt, through Halstatt Real Estate Partners and affiliates, is a real estate investment company with over $100 million in assets under management. Through its private equity funds, Halstatt deploys capital into commercial and residential real estate projects throughout the state of Florida. Halstatt partners with local and regional developers to maximize the value of real assets while serving as a good environmental steward for its holdings. The firm generates attractive returns on its capital and that of its institutional partners.
