Halstatt’s foundation was built upon real estate development in Southwest Florida. Specifically, we created the vision for the Grey Oaks Golf Course Community in Naples, Florida, and managed its successful growth for over 20 years. We also purchased and re-developed LaPlaya Beach and Golf Resort in Naples, with our partner Noble House, and built the hotel into a top-rated luxury destination. Halstatt still holds several land assets in Southwest Florida that we will develop over time, specifically in Lee County and Eastern Collier County. In addition, we manage a diversified portfolio of publicly traded equity, fixed income and derivative securities.
