The Galleria building is a 31,000 square foot “Class A” office building located on a 3.34 acre site in Naples, FL. The building is located within the Galleria Plaza, a premier office park in the epicenter of the North Naples office market. The property offers convenient access to Airport Pulling Road, a major north/south thoroughfare and is located near shopping and dining destinations including the Mercato and the Shoppes at Vanderbilt. Colony Plaza is a 38,000 square foot “Class B” office building located on a 3.47 acre site in Bonita Springs, FL. The property is prominently positioned on Tamiami Trail, a major thoroughfare, just south of the 140-store Coconut Point Mall outdoor mall.

Following the stabilization of the Orion Center, Halstatt Real Estate Partners positioned the property for disposition and successfully sold the asset in August 2016.
