Halstatt acquires great companies to hold for the long term through Halstatt Legacy Partners. We do this in partnership with experienced entrepreneurs who assume day-to-day management from a retiring or transitioning owner. Our preference for transitioning leadership, and our focus on retaining employees and protecting customer, supplier and community relationships, makes Halstatt the ideal partner for a seller interested in safeguarding his or her legacy. Halstatt Legacy Partners’ mission is to achieve a quick, mutually beneficial transaction by serving as the sole source of capital and communicating honestly and directly throughout the acquisition process.
