Katherine “Katie” Sproul is CEO of Halstatt and a Principal of Halstatt Real Estate Partners. In addition to overseeing all operations, her past projects have included Grey Oaks and LaPlaya Beach and Golf Resort. Previously, Katie was also co-President of Barron Collier Companies. Katie is a graduate of Cornell University and earned an MBA from the Yale School of Management. She has over 17 years of real estate experience and principal investment experience. She is Past Chair of the Greater Naples Chamber of Commerce, Leadership Collier Foundation, Junior Achievement Hall of Fame and a Board Member of Audubon of Florida.
Matt Littell is a Principal for Halstatt Legacy Partners and joined the team in 2018. Prior to Halstatt, Matt was a search fund entrepreneur who used Spec Limit Capital to acquire Progressive Bronze Products and Chicago Copper & Iron. These Chicago-based businesses manufacture and restore show-piece quality metal products for the religious, construction, and funeral industries. Matt ran the companies as CEO for more than seven years. He earned an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, a Masters in Engineering Management from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Florida. Prior to Kellogg, Matt held several leadership roles at GE Energy and GE Oil & Gas. His GE experience includes P&L ownership, Lean Six Sigma, and the Operations Management Leadership Program.
Sabrina is an Associate for Halstatt Legacy Partners and responsible for leading and managing the acquisition discovery and evaluation process. Prior to joining Halstatt, Sabrina was a Business Analyst at Steyn Capital as well as an Analyst at Income Research + Management. She began her career working as a Financial Analyst at Merrill Lynch, where she earned her Series 7 and 66 licenses. Sabrina graduated cum laude from Trinity University with a B.S. in Business Administration, Finance and is a CFA charter holder.
W. Shannon Jones is the Managing Director of Halstatt Legacy Partners and has been with Halstatt since HLP’s inception in 2014. Prior to Halstatt he served in leadership positions within small, growing companies, and was an acquisitions-focused investment banker. Shannon brings to Halstatt experience managing companies in the consumer products, technology, media and finance industries. He completed his undergraduate degree at Northwestern University and earned his MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management. In his free time, Shannon enjoys spending time with his wife and three children.
