Darren Martian

Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer

Darren Martian is the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer of Halstatt. He is responsible for all financial management functions, including external reporting, internal performance analysis, tax compliance, and financial oversight. Darren works closely with the Halstatt Real Estate Partners team to support the execution and administration of fund structures and oversees the Firm’s third-party fund administrator and other professional service providers. He brings more than 30 years of accounting, tax, and financial reporting experience, having started his financial services career at Goldman Sachs in their hedge fund administration group and later serving as CFO at Duquesne Capital Management. Darren is both a CPA and a CFA Charterholder. He relocated to Naples from Pittsburgh in 2022 with his wife.
