Steve Iannaccone

Steve Iannaccone is Managing Principal, Product Strategy and Investments of Halstatt Real Estate Partners and sits on the Firm’s Investment Committee. He shares responsibility for all major aspects of the Firm’s investment process, including strategy, product development, sourcing, execution, and portfolio oversight. Steve’s entire career has been primarily focused on the rental housing asset class, with deep experience across both traditional multifamily and build-for-rent strategies. Prior to joining Halstatt in 2014, Steve worked at GoldOller, a real estate private equity firm, and Resource Real Estate (subsequently acquired by Blackstone), where he was part of teams that transacted on over $750 million in real estate assets. Originally from New Jersey, Steve holds dual degrees in Real Estate Finance and Urban Economics from the University of Connecticut, where he served as Captain of the Track and Field team. He currently serves on the Board of the Winged Foot Foundation. Steve and his wife reside in Naples with their two young children.
