Katherine “Katie” Sproul


Katherine “Katie” Sproul is CEO of Halstatt and a Principal of Halstatt Real Estate Partners. In addition to overseeing all operations, her past projects have included Grey Oaks and LaPlaya Beach and Golf Resort. Previously Katie, was also co-President of Barron Collier Companies. Katie is a graduate of Cornell University and earned an MBA from the Yale School of Management. She has over 17 years of real estate experience and principal investment experience. She is Past Chair of the Greater Naples Chamber of Commerce, Leadership Collier Foundation, Junior Achievement Hall of Fame and a Board Member of Audubon of Florida.

Robert “Bobby” Sullivan


Bobby Sullivan is a Principal of Halstatt Real Estate Partners and has been with Halstatt since 2010. Prior to joining Halstatt he was the Co-Founder of Naples-based Philbrook Development, a real estate development and management company that provides execution and project expertise to land owners and investors. Bobby brings to Halstatt an extensive background in all aspects of commercial, residential, and multifamily real estate investments and operations. Originally from Tulsa, Oklahoma, he relocated to Naples, Florida after graduating from the University of Notre Dame in 1993. He is married with two daughters.

Patrick George


Pat George is Chief Investment Officer of Halstatt and involved in all areas of the firm’s investment activities. Prior to joining the firm in 2009, he was a partner at Florida Gulfshore Capital and involved as an investor and entrepreneur in various high growth companies. He brings to the firm a diverse background in portfolio management, private equity, growth capital, venture financing and real estate. Pat holds an undergraduate degree, with honors, from Harvard College and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He moved to Naples from Boston in 2002 with his wife and two kids.

Steven Iannaccone


Steve Iannaccone is a Principal of Halstatt Real Estate Partners and has been with Halstatt since 2014. Prior to joining Halstatt, Steve spent five years in Philadelphia working for GoldOller, a real estate private equity firm, and Resource Real Estate, a REIT, where he was a member of acquisition teams that transacted over $750 million in real estate assets. He brings to Halstatt an extensive background in all aspects of commercial real estate analysis, due diligence, acquisitions and operations. Originally from New Jersey, Steve graduated with dual degrees in Real Estate Finance and Urban Economics from the University of Connecticut where he served as Captain of the Track and Field team. Steve and his wife moved to Naples in 2014.

W. Shannon Jones

W. Shannon Jones is the Managing Director of Halstatt Legacy Partners and has been with Halstatt since HLP’s inception in 2014. Prior to Halstatt he served in leadership positions within small, growing companies, and was an acquisitions-focused investment banker. Shannon brings to Halstatt experience managing companies in the consumer products, technology, media and finance industries. He completed his undergraduate degree at Northwestern University and earned his MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management. In his free time, Shannon enjoys spending time with his wife and three children.

Glen Griffin

Glen Griffin


Glen Griffin is Halstatt’s Chief Financial Officer and joined the team in 2019. Glen is responsible for Halstatt’s financial management activities including external reporting, internal analysis and tax matters. He brings to Halstatt more than 25 years of accounting, tax and fund reporting experience. Glen received his undergraduate degree from Florida State University and earned his Master’s degree in Accounting from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Originally from Sarasota, he lives in Naples with his wife and four children.

Ray Desrocher


Ray Desrocher has 20 years of financial markets and operating experience and has led Trent in all of its investment activity since forming the firm in 2010. Previously, Mr. Desrocher spent eight years as a partner in two middle market private equity firms, executing over 35 acquisitions on behalf of the firms and corporate clients. Mr. Desrocher’s operating experience includes senior management roles at a global enterprise software provider, as well as strategic development and European manufacturing oversight for an industrial products startup. Mr. Desrocher began his career underwriting tax-exempt debt securities at Hopper Soliday & Co., Inc., now RBC. He earned a B.A. in Economics from Harvard University.

Richard Molloy


Richard Molloy is a principal of Florida Gulfshore Capital, an early stage venture investment company. He serves as a Board Member or Observer on a number of early stage boards. Previously, Mr. Molloy was a management consultant for Booz Allen & Hamilton and prior to that served in the British Army. He has a BS in Civil Engineering from Sheffield Hallam University (England) and an MPPM from Yale University School of Management.

Peggy Lamb


Peggy Lamb is a Managing Director of Halstatt and is responsible for all real estate investment outside of the Halstatt Real Estate Partners’ funds. She also oversees the family’s legacy real estate portfolio. Previously, Peggy was with Goldman, Sachs & Co. for 15 years where she served for 10 years as Chief Operating Officer of the Real Estate Department; she was also a member of the Management Group for Investment Banking and Department Head of multiple groups. Peggy is a graduate of Harvard Business School and the University of Illinois. She is a Board Member of the Harvard Club of Naples, Chair of the Naples High School Academic Booster Club, and a Regional Liaison for AFS (international study exchange).



Stan Vukmer is the founder and CEO of Haversine Funding. Over the past two decades he has held positions within U.S. and international debt markets as a portfolio manager, trader and quantitative analyst at leading institutions including Indochina Capital, Five Mile Capital, Spyglass Capital and JP Morgan. Stan was awarded a 5-year term as a Fulbright Specialist Scholar, pursued advanced studies at Oxford University and received a bachelor’s degree with a concentration in mathematical economics from Yale College.
