Senior Managing Principal
Robert (Bobby) Sullivan is Senior Managing Principal, Capital Formation and Investments of Halstatt Real Estate Partners and sits on the Firm’s Investment Committee. He shares responsibility for all major aspects of the Firm’s investment process, including strategy, capital formation, sourcing, execution, and portfolio oversight. Prior to joining Halstatt in 2010, Bobby co-founded Philbrook Development, a Naples-based real estate development and management firm. He brings extensive experience across commercial, residential, and multifamily real estate investments and operations. Originally from Tulsa, Oklahoma, Bobby earned his degree from the University of Notre Dame before relocating to Naples. He is married with two daughters.
